Terms & Conditions
– All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
– Please do not book flights until your place has been confirmed by Hannah.
– The final balance is due five months before departure. The final balance will be due on Thursday 8th October 2026.
– Payment of a deposit confirms and commits you to your place on the trip.
– If a participant cancels, they remain responsible for their place. It is their responsibility to find a suitable replacement (subject to approval).
– I strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own personal travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, illness, or inability to travel.
